And then tonight, across from our apartment, someone was standing outside the door of an apartment, smoking a cigarette, and talking loudly with people inside the apartment at about midnight. A few nights ago there was a group of 2-3 people talking loudly late at night a few feet away from our door. Perhaps more concerning, were two instances when I had to call their Courtesy Patrol. In the laundry room, I noticed that the button for the Color cycle was missing. We bought a mop, and my wife had to mop the floor twice. When we moved in to our one bedroom apartment, the floor was filthy. I've noticed a few things during this last week that indicate that the property is starting to get older, and could possibly be better maintained. The people who work in the office are friendly and professional. About 4 months ago I stayed here for a week. I have stayed at this property three times in the last two years. TELL residents to have some common courtesy and to be quiet. I probably should have called the office one afternoon when I saw a resident sitting outside, had loud music playing from his apartment, with the door open, on the back side of the property.
